二、征集條件
屬于上(shang)(shang)述專(zhuan)項,并符合(he)(he)其(qi)重(zhong)點支持方向的課(ke)題(ti)均(jun)可參與(yu)本次征集(ji)。但(dan)資(zi)助金額1000萬元以(yi)上(shang)(shang)的課(ke)題(ti),應(ying)由創新(xin)資(zi)源整合(he)(he)能力(li)強的領(ling)軍(jun)企(qi)業(ye)或領(ling)銜機構牽頭,聯(lian)合(he)(he)相關(guan)領(ling)域核心科研機構、高校以(yi)及產業(ye)鏈(lian)上(shang)(shang)下游(you)企(qi)業(ye)等組(zu)成的創新(xin)聯(lian)合(he)(he)體提(ti)出,由領(ling)軍(jun)企(qi)業(ye)或領(ling)銜機構提(ti)交征集(ji),并上(shang)(shang)傳重(zhong)大課(ke)題(ti)情況說明(ming)(不定格式,但(dan)各建議單位均(jun)需加蓋(gai)公章)。
三、其它事項
(一(yi))科技(ji)重(zhong)大(da)專項(xiang)單個項(xiang)目資助強度(du)最高不超過3000萬(wan)元,但受科技(ji)研發資金年度(du)總額(e)控制(zhi),各(ge)專項(xiang)發布課(ke)題(ti)有(you)數(shu)量(liang)限制(zhi),一(yi)般(ban)只設少(shao)量(liang)資助金額(e)1000萬(wan)元以上的課(ke)題(ti)、若(ruo)干500萬(wan)元(含)-1000萬(wan)元(含)的課(ke)題(ti)、適量(liang)500萬(wan)元以下的課(ke)題(ti)。
(二(er))細(xi)胞與(yu)基因治療、合成(cheng)生物(wu)、新(xin)(xin)藥與(yu)疫苗、健康診療、腦(nao)科學與(yu)類腦(nao)智(zhi)能、生物(wu)育種(zhong)6個專項課題應當由深(shen)圳(zhen)市(含深(shen)汕特別合作區)依法注冊(ce),具備(bei)法人(ren)(ren)資(zi)格(ge)的(de)科技(ji)型企業(ye)(ye)獨立或者聯合申(shen)(shen)請。其他專項課題應由深(shen)圳(zhen)市(含深(shen)汕特別合作區)依法注冊(ce)、具有法人(ren)(ren)資(zi)格(ge)的(de)國家高新(xin)(xin)技(ji)術(shu)企業(ye)(ye)、技(ji)術(shu)先進(jin)型服務(wu)企業(ye)(ye)以及上年(nian)度研發(fa)費(fei)用超過5000萬元(yuan)的(de)龍頭骨干企業(ye)(ye)獨立或者聯合申(shen)(shen)請。部(bu)分課題可(ke)設置額外申(shen)(shen)報條件,具體以申(shen)(shen)請指(zhi)南(nan)為準。
